These include pollen, dust, mold or outgassing from paint and manufactured products. Left untreated, bad indoor air can trigger respiratory infections, neurological and other disease, and worsen symptoms faced by asthma sufferers. Air purification systems can clean and refresh stale polluted air and effectively target viruses, bacteria, allergens and odors!
The UV air purification systems we offer are designed to break down biological and chemical contaminants that circulate throughout a home or building. Ask for detail and an estimate.
We are Sanuvox authorized installers for UV air purification systems. When properly sized and installed, UV lights help to eliminate viruses, bacteria, allergens and odors in the airstream.
This system can work within the ducting of your existing forced air system or independently.
How UV Purification Works
Ultraviolet light (UV) is a form of invisible light for the human eye. It occupies the part of the electromagnetic spectrum between X-rays and visible light. The sun emits ultraviolet light but most of it is absorbed by the Earth’s ozone layer.
The UVC and UVV light produced by Sanuvox UV systems are the same two wavelengths produced by the Sun. The UVC wavelength attacks the micro-organisms on a molecular level deactivating and destroying the contaminants, while the UVV wavelength degrades the chemicals and odors.
Unlike conventional lamps on the market, Sanuvox UV air purification systems use a patented process designed to deliver the maximum UV dosage to the moving airstream.
The addition of Cobalt in the PCO matrix boosts the efficiency of the catalyst active sites to ensure complete destruction of odorous contaminants, which is not the case with other conventional PCO units being sold.
